Visible roof sheathing, ventilation, insulation and framing.

Visible condition of foundation and evidence for moisture. penetration.

Walls, Floor, Ceiling, Windows

General condition of each.

Plumbing system

All visible faucets, pipes and drain tested for proper operation.

Electrical systems

Entrance wiring, service panel, sub panels and visible wiring inspected with random testing of outlets, switches and lights also we check double tapping, undersized wiring, open wiring.

Heating and Cooling systems

Visible portion of heating system and components.

Our Home Inspection is typically 3-4 hours long, and you’re invited to follow the inspector as they analyze the home.

When the inspection is over, your inspector will prepare a detailed, on-site inspection report outlining the property.
